Traffic stop leads to arrest of Princeton woman on DUI and alcohol charges. 
On October 14, 2017 at 12:23 a.m. Deputy U.B. Smith stopped a Silver 2000 Ford Taurus for driving left of center on Seminary Street in Princeton, Indiana. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Smith detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver 19 year old Erin-Ashlee Boas of Princeton, Indiana. At that point Deputy Smith began a roadside DUI investigation that resulted in Ms. Boas being transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated (DUI) and Minor Consumption. She remains in custody on a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
