UPDATE to the 9/28/17 shooting in the 800 blk S Pine St 
On 10/12/2017, Santa Maria Police Department Detectives arrested a 17 year old male in connection with the 9/27/17 shooting in the 800 blk of S Pine St. The juvenile was arrested without incident and booked into juvenile hall. To protect the integrity of the investigation no additional details can be released at this time.
