Memory Care Fair– Dementia Friendly Program Enrollment
Providing Education and Support to the Caregivers of Our Community
Join memory care professionals as they gather to share vital information for family members of individuals with dementia, memory care providers & home care providers. This will be the perfect opportunity to sign up to have vetted and dementia trained volunteers to visit your loved ones or to provide support for you, the caregivers. If you are interested in volunteering for the Dementia Friendly program, make sure that you attend this event and sign-up to volunteer.
Help us to create a safety net for seniors who may be at risk, especially for those who may be living alone or isolated. Specialists in the field of memory care will be doing short presentations and will be available for questions throughout this event. Lite snacks (Brain Food) and beverages will be provided. Please share this information with family and friends!
