Malt Avenue Getting Speed Humps 
Beginning on Monday, October 16, the City of Commerce will begin speed hump installation on Malt Avenue (between Garfield Avenue and Telegraph Road). The speed humps are expected to discourage speeding and drag racing. Work will take approximately 3-4 weeks with minor inconveniences expected. Malt Avenue will be accessible during the construction.
