On 10-11-17, at approximately 9:38 a.m. Ripon Police Officer Justin Qualle was on patrol in the 700 block of N. Jack Tone Rd. when he observed a suspicious 2007 Honda Accord. A registration check confirmed the vehicle was recently reported as being stolen out of the City of Lodi. The vehicle abruptly pulled off the roadway and the occupants exited the vehicle.
