#011 Robbery (Cold Report)
A reporting party from a business on Albrae reported that his neighbor was robbed the previous evening. Two subjects were caught stealing tools from a truck in the area and when confronted, pointed a firearm at the victim. Documented by Officer Tatola.
#029 Stolen Vehicle
A 2008 Toyota Prius (CA Lic #7MRD126) was taken from Vuelta Olivos sometime during the night.
#041 Vehicle Theft Arrest
Officer Harvey recognized a stolen van from briefing and stopped the vehicle. A 29 year old adult male was arrested for vehicle theft, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, possession of ammo (which he is prohibited from owning) and a probation violation.
#040 Possession of Dangerous Drugs
Officer Bordy responded to the 4000 block of the Fremont Hub for a suspicious person. The reporting party stated that an unknown male had jumped in front of her vehicle and had tried to follow her. Officer Bordy located a 28 year old adult male, Fremont resident and arrested him for possession of dangerous drugs and a probation violation.
#005 Auto Burglary
Officer Gonzalez responded to the 48000 block of Leontine Ct to investigate the report of an auto burglary at 4:45 a.m. The suspects were GOA and their vehicle was described as a light colored Toyota Corolla, occupied by two persons. Loss was a backpack containing personal items. Suspect(s) gained entry by smashing the windows.
