Sheriff Giordano has deemed all affected fire zones in the county closed per 409.5(a) PC. Any unlawful entry into a closed evacuation area will be strictly enforced. Mutual aid is in effect and numerous Bay Area law enforcement agencies are assisting with patrolling the closed zones.
There is no tolerance for anyone entering these zones and violators will be arrested.
