Mandatory evacuations have been ordered for residents in the area of Sulphur Bank Road, North Drive, Lakeshore Drive from San Joaquin west to Windflower Point, and Crestview Drive.
**The evacuation shelter at Twin Pine Casino has reached capacity.**
An additional evacuation shelter has been opened at the Grace Church located at 6716 Live Oak Drive in Kelseyville.
