Finley Center full. Evacuees should go to Santa Rosa Vet's Memorial Building (1351 Maple Avenue) or Petaluma Community Center (320 North McDowell Avenue). Large animals can be taken to the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds (1350 Bennett Valley Road).
