...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM EDT SUNDAY... The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from midnight tonight to 6 AM EDT Sunday. HAZARDOUS WEATHER...

* Strong southwest winds with gusts around 45 mph will develop around midnight and continue through the overnight hours as a strong cold front quickly moves through Lower Michigan this evening.

* The winds will quickly diminish to 10 to 20 mph during Sunday morning. IMPACTS...

* High profile vehicles may encounter difficult travel overnight.

* Loose objects such as trash cans, outdoor furniture and trampolines may be blown around.

* Some scattered power outages are possible.
