Rio Arriba County Flash Flood Watch 
National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for Rio Arriba County until late Thursday night or into early Friday Morning. A weather watch indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions. Please avoid arroyos and waterways. Do not attempt to cross moving waters. In the event if water begins to enter your home please evacuate or call 911 for emergencies. Rio Arriba County Fire & Emergency Services is offering sandbags to those impacted by flooding.
