Theft from Vehicle 
On 12/18/09 at approximatley 1600 hrs an unknown actor broke into a vehicle at a business of Windsor Dr. The actor gained entry by breaking the passenger side window. Actor then removed a GPS unit from the vehicle. Actor was described as a white male, 20-25 yrs of age with brown hair. Actor was seen leaving in a silver vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation.
