Operation Fair Game Catches 12 Child Predators

The Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force conducted a sting operation in mid-September aimed at intercepting individuals preying on Oklahoma children. During the week-long operation, law enforcement arrested 12 individuals attempting to have sexual contact with minors. Operation Fair Game was a multi-agency investigation sting spearheaded by the OSBI. A total of 15 local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies were involved in the operation: the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, Oklahoma City Police Department, Yukon Police Department, Stillwater Police Department, Edmond Police Department, El Reno Police Department, Bethany Police Department, Enid Police Department, Sac and Fox Tribal Police, Canadian County Sheriff’s Office, Custer County Sheriff’s Office, District Attorney Task Force from Districts 21 and 6, and the U.S. Office of Homeland Security Investigations – Oklahoma City field office. Incidents of child sexual exploitation or internet crimes against children should be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children’s Cyber Tip Line at or 1-800-THE-LOST.
