09/25/2017 @ 2:40pm. A man grabbed four lottery tickets from the hands of an employee after he was told he could not buy lottery tickets with a debit card. The employee tried to stop the suspect from leaving and was shoved to the ground. Loss $400 (4 tickets). #05188
