Felony OWI Arrest 
On 09-30-17 at 7:15 p.m., the Janesville Police and Fire Departments were dispatched to the intersection of Center Ave and Rockport Road for the report of a traffic crash with possible injury.
Paul Olsen was northbound on Center Ave riding a Harley Davidson Motorcycle. He made a left turn onto Rockport Road in front of another vehicle southbound on Center Ave and was struck. Olsen suffered minor injuries and did not require medical transport.
Olsen displayed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking alcohol. He refused Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently arrested for OWI-5th Offense. A sample of Olsen’s blood was collected after obtaining a search warrant and the results are pending.
