Monterey Park Police is seeking your assistance is locating a critical missing adult. Tracy Carriger, female adult, white, 45 years old, 5'0", 185 llbs, salt and pepper hair, clothing is unknown. Tracy was last seen on 09/28/17 near the 2000 block of Graylock Ave. Tracy has a mental capacity of a 5 year old and takes medication for medical and psychiatric reasons.
