Stilwell Suspect Identified, Arrest Warant Issued 
The suspect involved in this morning's officer-involved shooting in Stilwell has been identified as TJ Cain (d.o.b. 8/11/1971). OSBI agents at the scene have a warrant for his arrest for assault w/ a dangerous weapon and assault with a deadly weapon. Officials continue searching for him. If anyone spots Cain, call 911 immediately.
