Sausha Marie Lechner

In July of this year, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 1 issued an arrest warrant for Sausha Marie Lechner for the charges of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. Also in July, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued an arrest warrant for Lechner for possession of a narcotic drug, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of paraphernalia, and trespassing. In August, Tippecanoe County Superior Court 4 issued an arrest warrant for Lechner for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Another warrant was also issued from Superior Court 4 for possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a syringe, and possession of paraphernalia. Superior Court issued one more warrant in August for Lechner for the charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of a narcotic drug, and possession of paraphernalia.

The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
