#030 Petty Theft and Receiving Known Stolen Property
At 12:00 p.m., Officer Carter spotted a vehicle in a parking lot located in the 46100 block of Landing Parkway with the wrong license plates and the VIN covered.  He set up surveillance on the vehicle and contacted a 44 year old adult male getting into the vehicle.  The vehicle was not stolen, but the male went to jail for displaying the wrong license plates.

#019 Armed Robbery
A 38 year old adult male was robbed of his backpack in a parking lot located in the 46800 block of Mission Blvd.  The suspect was a white male 25-30 years old, 6'02", 175 pounds, thin build, short curly blonde hair, wearing a gray long sleeve shirt and gray sweatshirt. He was armed with a folding knife. The suspect got into a dirty, older green pickup truck with a crew cab occupied by three other males. 

#032 Resisting Arrest/Trespassing
At 12:21 p.m. Sgt. Farmer was in the area of Royal Palm Dr and Flamingo Ln when he observed a male jumping over a fence, clearly marked with a sign stating, “Trespassing Loitering Forbidden by Law San Francisco Water Department.”  The 34 year old adult male had a van that had been left running and parked near the corner.  Sgt. Farmer made contact with the male and asked him what he was doing and told him he was being detained for trespassing.  The male refused to comply and took an aggressing stance.  Several units responded and the male continued to resist being taken into custody.  Once he was handcuffed he was transported and booked into the Fremont Jail for resisting arrest and trespassing. 

#051 Identity Theft
Officers were dispatched to a bank in the 3100 block of on Stevenson Blvd concerning a male and female trying to cash a fraudulent check.  When the officers arrive on scene they contact both parties.  A 38 year old adult male, Hayward resident and a 29 year old adult female Hayward resident were both are taken into custody and a search of their vehicle uncovered multiple pieces of equipment to make fraudulent checks.  Det. Foster was contacted and helped Officer Vucurevich with the investigation.

#060 Warrant Service
At 10:57 p.m., Officer Fuellenbach and Officer Kennedy were dispatched to the 37500 block of Fremont Blvd to investigate a report of trespassing.  A reporting party called to say that four subjects were on the property possibly using illegal drugs.  Officers contacted a 45 year old adult male, a 24 year old adult female, a 24 year old adult male and a 22 year old adult male.  The 45 year old and 22 year old were arrested for outstanding warrants and booked into the Fremont Jail.
