0843 Hours: Officer Allum investigated a three vehicle accident with minor injuries on Thornton Avenue at 880. The injured parties were treated at the scene and released.

1536 Hours: Officer Mapes contacted and arrested a 38 year old Newark male for his outstanding felony warrant, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of methamphetamine and possession of stolen property during a probation search on the 6500 block of Normandy Drive. The suspect was booked into the Santa Rita Jail. During the same probation search, Officer Jackman arrested a 34 year old Sacramento female for possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was issued a citation and released at the scene.

2007 Hours: Officer Rivera handled a citizen’s arrest/shoplifting case at Macy’s, NewPark Mall. Two 19 year old Oakland males were arrested and booked into the Fremont Jail.
