Fraudulent power outage alert from SCE 
Some Monterey Park residents have received a letter from SCE advising of a scheduled power outage from 10:00 am Sept 27th to 6:00 am Sept 28th. We have confirmed with SCE that the letter is fraudulent and they have no scheduled activity in Monterey Park during this timeframe. Please report any suspicious activity to Monterey Park Police at 626-573-1311. The fraudulent notice is attached. However, SCE does have a scheduled power outage on Sept 28th from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm in the 1000 Block of Bradshawe Ave for a pole upgrade.
