JCP&L maintains a critical care list of customers who depend on electrically operated life-support equipment. JCP&L uses the list to contact those customers when an outage lasts for more than 24 hours and to give priority in electricity restoration. Interested residents will be asked to provide an authorization form signed by their physician. To be included on the critical care list, call: (800) 662-3115.
