Naked man confronts women in Foothill Park, Windsor.

On 09/21/2017, at approximately 6:47PM, two females reported WMA late teens-early 20’s dark short curly hair came out of the bushes in Foothill Park near Pond #2 totally naked. He held his hands out from his sides and started walking toward them. The victims ran away from the suspect and reported the incident to the Windsor Police Dept. Deputies responded to the area, along with the Sheriff’s Helicopter and a Park Ranger. The area was checked, but the suspect was not located. When Officers were leaving the park they were approached by two other women who reported an identical suspect did the exact same thing on 09/18 at the same time of day. On 09/16 at 7:30PM a second hand RP reported a “young male W/O a shirt” was running after women, shouting at them.

As of today we have had three separate incidents in Foothill Park. We are providing extra patrol in the area. Until we catch this suspect please be careful in the park and report any suspicious people to the Windsor Police Dept. Safety Tips - Have a partner when walking, hiking or jogging in the park. We are not trying to scare you, but want you to be aware that this person is out there.
