Full Notification

On September 5, 2017 at approximately 3:45 pm a Male Hispanic between 30 to 40 year old exposed himself to a victim near Rowland High School. The suspect is further described as having dark hair and being heavy set. The suspect approached the victim in an older blue 2 door sedan with gray interior and purple tinted rear windows and exposed himself to the victim from within the car.
