On 9/20/17 at about 1520 hrs, Soleil Lews, an 11 yr old female left her home without telling her parents where she was going. Soleil is wearing a gray sweatshirt with dogs prints on it, blue jeans, sandals, and a head band with cat ears. Soliel has short curly brown hair. Soleil may be heading to the Fremont Hub area.
