This Wednesday, September 20^th, deputies from Community Partnerships Bureau Homeless Outreach Services Team, deputies from West Hollywood Station, representatives from the City of West Hollywood Homeless Initiative, along with representatives from the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) will combine their resources to locate, identify and offer homeless resources to all homeless individuals found living in the city of West Hollywood.

The HOST Team, deputies from West Hollywood Station, and the outreach workers from LAHSA will deploy into the community to connect with those experiencing homelessness.
 
HOST deputies along with deputies from West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, will drive to pre-determined locations in an effort to locate/identify the homeless residing there.  Law enforcement will connect those people experiencing homelessness with outreach service providers from LAHSA.   

LAHSA will contact/interview the homeless pertaining to their individual situations, medical and mental health needs/issues, social service needs, provide shelter referral/information, and provide housing vouchers to qualified recipients.
