Beginning tomorrow, September 20th, Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety officers and personnel will be donning new patches to reflect the City of Sunnyvale’s new logo.
Please see the attached PDF which illustrates what the new Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety patch looks like on our uniforms.
In addition to the new patch, the Lieutenant uniforms will now display gold rank, nameplates, and service stripes in place of the previously worn silver ones.
