The Upper Macungie Township Police Department will be participating in National Seat Check Saturday. The event will be held on 9/23/17 between 10am – 1pm at the Upper Macungie Township Police Station. Free car seat checks will be done by appointment only and limited time slots are available. Please contact Ofc. Robert Djevharian at [email protected] to schedule an appointment. Car crashes are a leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 13. Many times, deaths and injuries can be prevented by proper use of car seats, boosters and seat belts.
