INCIDENT: Robbery, Possession of Controlled Substance while Armed, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Gang Member Carrying a Loaded Firearm, Alteration of Manufacturer’s Serial Number, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime

LOCATION: 15300 block of Tamarack Drive

SUSPECT: Kenneth Duane Wolfe, 41-year old Victorville transient
Richard Arreola, 33-year old Adelanto resident
Kimberly Padilla, 33-year old San Tan Valley, AZ resident

SUMMARY:
On September 16, 2017, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to a panic alarm at a liquor store in the 15300 block of Tamarack Drive.

The suspect, identified as Kenneth Wolfe, entered the store armed with a hand gun and demanded cash and merchandise. After complying with the suspects demands, employees were able to separate the suspect from his firearm and detained him inside the store until deputies arrived. Deputies located two additional suspects waiting in a vehicle nearby. Richard Arreola and Kimberly Padilla were taken into custody without incident.

Wolfe was subsequently identified as the suspect in a robbery that took place on September 9, 2017, at a gas station on La Paz Drive.

Wolfe was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for robbery, possession of a controlled substance while armed, felon in possession of a firearm, gang member carrying a loaded firearm, and alteration of manufacturer’s serial number. Arreola and Padilla were arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for conspiracy to commit a crime.
