At Tuesday's September 19 Council Meeting there will be a presentation from NW Financial on redevelopment plans and how PILOT Programs (Payment In Lieu of Taxes) work. This preliminary information gathering session can be viewed on Comcast channel 35 and Fios channel 46 beginning at 7:30 pm . Learn how Redevelopment Plans and PILOT programs could work and benefit Roseland taxpayers. We look forward to learning and sharing with the public the tools available to Roseland that are needed to help satisfy our mandated affordable housing obligation in areas that do not overwhelm our roads and infrastructure. It is the Governing Body's desire to preserve the things that make Roseland a great place to live and raise a family.
