Smull Ave. and Forest Ave. will be closed on Saturday September 16 from 8:30am to 11:30am. for the Caroline a 5K run. 
On Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 0830 hours, the Caroline Foundation will be hosting a 5K Run.
Any requests for all night parking along Smull and Forest Avenues will be denied for Friday Night September 15, 2017 into Saturday September 16, 2017. These areas will be posted “ Emergency No Parking” during this same time as well.
Persons seeking to park all night will be given permission to park on any of the adjoining side streets in the neighborhood. At the present time the race will occur rain or shine.
