#8 On Sheriff Victor Hill's Top Ten Most Wanted Captured!
Claudell Qualls did not heed warnings from adults about playing with knives when he was a child. As a result, Qualls found himself #8 on Sheriff Victor Hill's top ten most wanted.
On April 13, 2017 Qualls became involved in a verbal altercation that escalated to a physical altercation where Qualls stab a man in the left side of the neck, causing serious bodily injury.
Knowing that he had to avoid Sheriff Victor Hill's elite Fugitive Squad, Qualls wisely fled to Dallas Texas, but unwisely continued playing with knives. Yesterday, Officers with Dallas PD came into contact with Qualls after he was in an physical altercation with his girlfriend after a night of partying. He was intoxicated and on drugs. During the altercation, Qualls attempted to stab his girlfriend in the chest with a knife. The girlfriend was able to get away from the subject and drive away from the hotel where they were staying. He is currently being held at the Dallas County Jail.
Very soon, Clayton County Deputies will give Qualls a free ride back to Clayton County where he will face the wall at Georgia's toughest para-military jail where no playing with knives are allowed.
