#007 DUI Collision
A vehicle collision occurred at Automall/Christy and both involved vehicles pulled into the a nearby parking lot. As the drivers spoke, one of the drivers suspected the other driver of being drunk and called FPD. The suspected drunk driver then walked away from the scene and was located by Officer Lastrape at a hotel on Albrae St. The driver was positively identified and ultimately arrested for DUI and Hit and Run after a field sobriety test was administered. Case investigated by Traffic Officer Piol.
#026 Trespassing Arrest
An employee at a business in the area of Paseo/Walnut called 9-1-1 to report that a male was harassing their employees. Officers located the male who was issued a trespass warning in June. The 45 year old adult male was arrested for trespassing and transported to Santa Rita Jail.
#004 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest
Officer Paiva conducted a traffic stop on Fremont Blvd at Industrial Dr. A 22 year old adult male was arrested and cited for driving while suspended.
#002 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officers were dispatched to Coaches Bar on Fremont Blvd for an unwanted subject. The reporting party called to say that a male got into his car and was refusing to get out. Officer De Stefano arrested a 50 year old adult male for public intoxication and booked him into the Fremont Jail.

#006 Attempted Vehicle Theft
Officer Burns investigated an attempted vehicle theft where the victim saw a male sitting inside his vehicle attempting to steal it. When the victim came out of his house, the suspect ran to a waiting vehicle driven by a second suspect, and fled the scene. Both suspects were described as Hispanic males and the suspect vehicle was a black (possibly) Honda Accord.
#018 Warrant Service
At 4:06 p.m., Officer Montojo arrested a 25 year old adult male in the area of Country Co. and Country Tr. for a $5,000.00 traffic warrant.
#030 Auto Burglary
At 7:19 p.m. officers responded to the 5200 block of Central Ave to incestigate the burglary of a Chevrolet Silverado. Video footage from a nearby business showed a suspect vehicle arrive at approximately 12:52 a.m. when they likely committed the burglary. Several tools were stolen from lock boxes in the bed of the truck.
#037 Fraud, Driving without a License and Possession of Methamphetamine
At 9:54 p.m., Officer Harvey conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for expired registration in the area of Fremont Blvd and Enea Ct. During the stop Officer Harvey learned the driver was unlicensed and had a fake CA ID card as well as fake registration tab stickers on the license plate. The 42 year old adult male was arrested for being in possession of a fake ID, driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance for the methamphetamine concealed in his sock.
