* Until 145 AM PDT
* At 1039 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Tehachapi, State Route 58, Golden Hills, Stallion Springs, Mojave, Keene, Bear Valley Springs and Water Canyon.
* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
