The National Weather Service in Hanford CA has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for... East central Kern County in central California...

* Until 615 PM PDT

* At 522 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Laurel Mountain, Inyokern and China Lake Acres.

* AFFECTED AREAS: KERN
