National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
Here in Sachse we will be celebrating NNO with the rest of Texas on Tuesday October 3, 2017. Block party applications can be obtained by contacting Lt. Cassidy at [email protected] or completing the online form at http://www.cityofsachse.com/forms.aspx?fid=111 .
NNO is always one our favorite events of the year, we look forward to getting out and meeting you.
While we are going to the various parties we will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items that we will give to 5 Loaves Food Pantry. Donating is not a requirement but any assistance will be greatly appreciated. If anyone wishes to donate to 5 Loaves outside of NNO they are located at 4401 Williford Rd., Sachse, Texas 75048.
