Lake Livingston Dam continues to decrease discharge, now at 26,200 cfs. Trinity has crest in Liberty and Moss Bluff

Trinity River falling but will take several days to get below flood stage in Liberty and Moss Bluff. Most roads away from the river are open, stores are open and fairly well stocked, water and food available in numerous stores, shelters still holding around 400 people. Fuel is hit and miss but you can locate it, just takes a little more effort than usual .

Shelters being supported by many faith based organizations and Red Cross supplying various items as well. Curfew remains in effect for unincorporated areas of the county and some cities.

Mandatory evacuation order continues for residents living in low lying areas near the Trinity River that are located in the unincorporated areas of the county.
