We continue to monitor the flooding going on in our surrounding communities, at this time there is no flooding occurring in the city of Clute. Currently we have no mandatory nor voluntary evacuations ordered for any area within the City of Clute. Our levels at the Waste Water Treatment Plant are normal, even with accepting the flood waters from Richwood. We continue to clean ditches in the case of possible flooding.
We are closely monitoring levels for Oyster Creek at the Bridge on College Blvd as well as across from the Dow Credit Union. The Emergency Operations Center will remain open in case the waters rise. The situation is being monitored closely and we will  keep you abreast of any changes as they occur. 

Regular garbage and heavy trash pickups are currently running on there normal schedules.
