INCIDENT: Attempted Murder of Two Victims

LOCATION: 12100 block of Palmdale Road, Victorville

SUSPECT(S): Kevin Deshonea Brown, 25-year old Adelanto resident and
Deshonea Robbie Brown, 23-year old Adelanto resident


VICTIM(S): Confidential


SUMMARY: On Friday, August 25, 2017, at about 3:40 a.m., deputies from the Victorville City Sheriff’s Station responded to the 12100 block of Palmdale Road regarding a shooting. When deputies arrived, they located two victims inside the business who had been shot and the suspects had fled the location. The victims were air lifted to hospitals for medical treatment and are in stable condition.

On Wednesday, August 30, 2017, detectives and gang team deputies, from the Victorville Station, contacted Kevin and Deshonea at their residence in the 11600 block of Star Street, in the City of Adelanto. Kevin was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun, ammunition, and body armor. Both Kevin and Deshonea are documented gang members from the Los Angeles area. They were placed under arrest and booked at High Desert Detention Center for attempted murder.
