Missing Person Be On The Lookout - Authority UCD PD 
UC Davis PD is requesting to please be on the lookout for a missing person at risk. Missing is Shayanna Samowski a 23yr female 5'08" 155 lbs, brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last heard from by phone on 8/30/17 at 020hrs. During the call she was disoriented and incoherent but was able to say she was at a fountain on the UCD campus. She has no vehicles associated.
