The Manchester Rotary will be hosting the Cruisin' Downtown event on Elm St on September 2nd from 6 AM to 6 PM and Elm St will be closed from Lake Ave to Bridge St to accommodate this event.
Alternative routes north and south through the downtown area are available on Canal St, Chestnut St, Pine St, and Union St.
