Dearborn Police Chief Ronald Haddad would like to apologize to the residents of the South End of Dearborn. This morning around 10 A.M. we had a training exercise with our regional bomb unit. This was only an exercise in cooperation with the Edward C. Levy Co. We apologize for the late notice and any inconvenience this exercised caused.
