* WINDS...Sustained winds between 25 and 35 mph, with frequent gusts up to 40 to 45 mph.

* TIMING...Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Winds this strong may result in a few downed trees and power lines. Scattered power outages may result from the strong winds as well. Travel will become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
