Location: Lakeville Hwy (SR 116) at Marina Blvd
Suspect: Michelle L. Wagner, 50 year old, Fairfield resident
Incident Summary:
On the above date and time, Petaluma Police and Fire departments were dispatched to an injury collision on Lakeville Hwy (SR 116) at Marina Blvd. Two vehicles were involved in the collision. A Honda Civic was turning left from Lakeville Hwy onto Marina Blvd and Nissan Pathfinder was traveling eastbound on Lakeville. The collision occurred in the intersection. The driver of the Civic was transported to Petaluma Valley Hospital and released with minor injuries. The driver of the Pathfinder, suspect Wagner, was transported to Memorial Hospital. Wagner was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested for DUI at Memorial Hospital. Wagner sustained minor injuries. Both vehicles sustained major damage and had to be towed from the scene.
