Disturbance call leads to arrest of Poseyville man on Intimidation charge. 
On August 26, 2017, at 4:26 a.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance in the 4000 block of South County Road 850 West. Upon arriving Deputy Ben Kiesel began an investigation into the incident. After speaking with all the parties at the scene 37 year old Thomas Rutledge of Poseyville was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail.
At the Gibson County Jail Mr. Rutledge was charged with Intimidation. Mr. Rutledge has since posted a $1250 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
