Princeton man arrested for driving with a suspended license. 
On August 26, 2017, at 7 p.m. Deputy Ben Kiesel observed a Green 1999 Ford Taurus traveling Southbound on US 41 near County Road 350 South. While following the vehicle Deputy Kiesel ran the license plate on the vehicle and discovered that the driver 50 year old Marcus Summerville of Princeton was driving the vehicle while his driving privileges were suspended.
Upon stopping the car on US 41 near County Road 550 South Deputy Kiesel placed Mr. Summerville into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Driving While Suspended PRIOR. Mr. Summerville has since posted a $650 bond.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
