There are several thousand people gathered at Civic Center Park. We have received reports of several fights breaking out. As a reminder, please separate yourself from any violence so that police can director their resources as needed.
Several roads continue to be closed surrounding Civic Center Park. Continue to expect traffic delays around the park and downtown area.
Thus far, we have made 10 arrests for a number of violations.
