Crowds Converge at Civic Center Park 
Several large crowds of marchers have made their way to Civic Center Park. The crowd size is currently estimated at about 4000 people.
There are still numerous road closures in the downtown area. Continue to expect traffic delays.
Seven arrests have been made for various violations thus far.
