Automobile vs. pedestrian collision today on Sebastopol Avenue @ Barnes Avenue in Sebastopol 
Today at about 2:12pm the Sebastopol Police Department received numerous 9-1-1 calls reporting an automobile versus pedestrian collision on Sebastopol Avenue (SR 12) at Barnes Avenue. Officers arrived on scene within one minute and located the pedestrian down in the roadway. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.
The pedestrian was taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
The vehicle was stored by the Sebastopol Police Department as part of the collision investigation.
The roadway was closed from 2:13pm until 4:07pm.
At this point, no further details will be released to insure the integrity of the investigation.
