***FOUND***FPD searching for Missing At-Risk Man 
***FOUND*** Mr. Evelyn has been located and is safe.
The Folsom Police Department is asking for the public to keep an eye out for a man who went missing from Folsom this morning. 70-year-old Jack Evelyn is 5'-10" tall, 160 lbs, balding with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a green, long-sleeve shirt and jeans. He left in a dark blue Jeep Cherokee, License plate number 4YCK040.
A recent photo of Mr. Evelyn is attached. Mr. Evelyn is considered at risk due to Alzehimer's disease.
Anyone who sees Mr. Evelyn or the vehicle is asked to call their local law enforcement agency or the Folsom Police Department at 916-355-7231.
